1. ILLUSTRATIONINFO
• ~Canvas: ~A3 - 300-350 DPI (3508x4961px)
• You can choose - vertical or horizontal art.
• Your commission MAY BE posted as my Patreon/Twitter/DA, etc. page content.
• Commissions may be done at any moment.Personal Usage
• The commissions are not to be printed, resold, multiplied, or used in any way that could bring income unless agreed otherwise.
• You may not make changes to the illustration on your own, nor have it edited by a 3rd party.
• You may use the commision for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.
• You may not post the original full-sized file online.
• You may not claim the authorship of the artwork itself. The artist (me) keeps all ownership of the artwork.
• You may print the commission for your personal use (single copy).Commercial Usage
• The commission may be used in a type of commercial usage that was agreed on.
• The client should give credit to the artist in their social media biographies and Twitch and/or YouTube channel descriptions
• You may not make changes to the illustration on your own, nor have it edited by a 3rd party.
• You may use the commision for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.
• You may not claim the authorship of the artwork itself. The artist (me) keeps all ownership of the artwork.Aritst rights
• If the commission is a fanart, I will • be able to use it for patreon/prints/artbooks etc.
• If the commission is your original character, I will still use it for patreon content that doesn't include PSD file and full-sized illust.
• If I ever want to use your commission outside of these rules, I will do it only with your permission.
• I have the right to post the commission online unless there’s a due date (eg. birthdays, release date), then I will wait accordingly.
• I have the right to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogs.
• Commission/YCH can be fully or partial private. I can post it online only with your permission. Fully private commissions will be posted NOWHERE from my sideProcess
• The payment is made through donate on Boosty.
• Commissions may be done at any moment.
• The commission may take up to 4 months to be finished, depending on many factors such as other commercial commissions and the order of commissions. In case of any delays due to health problems etc., you will get notified.
• If you need the commission on a specific date, please do inform me. This may incur additional charges depending on my workload.
• I will send you a sketch or multiples to choose from and approve. You must apply the most crucial corrections during this phase.
• If you want a WIP during the lineart stage, you must let me know. It is not sent by default.
• You may apply a maximum of 2 separate corrections if it is after the sketch phase. Any additional corrections will require an additional charge.
• Changing the whole pose is not possible once I start linearting.
• You can ask for fixes/ any small changes for free

• we can additionally discuss your / my ideas at all stages of the drawing
• You will receive the full-sized illustration without a watermark. In the case of solo character art, you will also receive a transparent version.
• If I ever fail to meet the deadline for the commission, I’ll be contacting the client as soon as possible to state the reason for an extension. If the client refuses the deadline extension, I shall be issuing a refund.
• absolutely not file for Boosty disputes and chargebacks and agree to contacting me first for refunds and corrections on your commission
• Updates for the commission will be sent through Discord.
• The commission is considered done once the final work has been delivered and client has given approval or if the client hasn’t replied within 48 hours.2. PAYMENT
• You can choose to perform the payment in the following ways:
1) Full payment upfront
2) Half of the payment upfront, and half once the sketch is approved
In either case, I will not continue until the payment is received.• Accepted payment methods:

• You may cancel the commission without any charges, if the payment hasn’t been made yet.
• You may request a refund, if the commission hasn’t yet been started 3 months after ordering.
• I do not refund the commission once I’ve started working on it (sketch).
